Community Support

Regularly we receive several requests from community groups and schools around the metro area. However, unfortunately, we are unable to support them all. We evaluate each separate request once a month and will communicate with you via email regardless of the outcome.

Considerations are:

  • Size and location of School.
  • measurable exposure available to us. Eg. newsletters /advertising.
  • Type and time of the event.
  • Number of people attending.
  • How is our donation going to be used.

All requests need to be in writing detailing the event and including all the points above. Please fill in the form below and please include as much information as you have available.

Fundraisers

Wannabees has two GREAT ways to raise money for your school.

OPTION 1: Have a Fundraising Event

Whether you are organizing a class get together or a special event, our large and unique venue has everything you need to create a memorable experience.

This option allows you to raise funds in a single event.

How it works:

  • Pick a date and call us to book.
  • Wannabees provide you with all promotional material.
  • Wannabees will give you 25% off normal admission tickets and you can decide on your own price.
  • Fuss free. We set up you event in our system so families can buy tickets online from our web site.
  • Families will get to enjoy all the Wannabees fun on your special day.
  • We can provide detailed sales report on request.
  • We will send you a cheque of register sale tickets.

OPTION 2: Raise money all year long with casual play tickets or birthday parties

This option allows your school to raise funds when families visit Wannabees for parties or casual visits. All you need to do is to let all school families know about it and you’re on your way. We will provide all promotional material.

It is the easiest way to raise funds, considering that some of your families are already our regular customers!

How it works:

  • Call and register your school.
  • We set up a promo code for your school in our online store.
  • Wannabees provide you with all promotional material.
  • Parents and students can buy tickets or book parties all year long.
  • Profit share paid in goods or services from Wannabees or Affiliates.

Corporate Events

Wannabees Family Play Town is the ideal place for your next business or social event. We specialize on company anniversaries, but can host and organise any of the following events for your company/group/organisation:

Venue Hire

Kids Activities in Sydney | Venue Hire | Corporate Events | Community Support | Wannabees Family Play Town

Wannabees Family Play Town can be hired exclusively for your event. Whether it is a large kids birthday party celebration, a christening, holy communion, corporate event or a fundraising activity we can help you organising the most memorable event ever.

Our unique venue can comfortably cater for around 300 people. We have several options to choose from and we offer very competitive prices. Our experienced event coordinators can help you set up your event a make the whole process stress free for you and your guest.

VENUE HIRE AFTER HOURS

 

Time: 5:00 to 7:00 pm Saturday or Sunday

Friday: 4:30 to 6:30pm

Capacity: 160 adults and 120 Children

 

Standard activities included:

  • Guided tour through all play rooms with city guide (10 different attractions).
  • Fire fighting
  • TV studio with interactive green screen
  • Dress ups in fashion shop
  • Fashion Parade
  • Disco dancing on the concert stage.
  • Additional activities available

 

Food and Add-ons:

  • Food for the children (Fruit platter, individual popper juice, popcorn, carrot sticks, corn chips and choose one option from: Nuggets & chips or Pizza
  • Goodie Bags
  • Party Host
  • Invitations

 

Venue Hire fee: $500 for 2 hours. $150 per hour thereafter

Fee per child $33

Extras:  Rock climbing $3 per child (over 4 y.o) DVD from TV studio $15. Extra copies of DVD $7.

 

Outside food is not allowed.  B.Y.O wine or beer

Adult platters available from $25

Pizza/pastas/salad/dessert menu from $27.50 per person

Saturday/Sunday 4pm to 6pm incurred $600 extra

 

Terms & Conditions: $200 deposit is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy: A $50 administration fee applies if event is cancelled. Any cancellation within 2 weeks prior the event date will forfeit the deposit paid.
